3 Tips to Selling Online for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners

This is Part 1 of a 3-part series. We will cover 3 Tips to Selling Online for Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners. Plus, real-life examples!

1. Passive Revenue Stream - Video Creation

2. Reoccurring Revenue Stream - Monthly Membership or School Program

3. Active Social Media Engagement

1. PASSIVE REVENUE STREAM - VIDEO CREATION

Convert your talents to a digital space.

Start with bite-sized video content sharing your gift. Share these on your social media channels that you have determined your Ideal Client is on. Don't post on EVERY CHANNEL. Be selective and smart about where you put your content up. Your time and effort shouldn’t be wasted on platforms where no one is listening.

You aren't posting full-length videos showcasing all you have to offer. Create 5-20 minute videos giving your audience a taste of what they can expect from you.

Then package up and offer longer, more full-length online video resources. Sell these longer videos as a passive revenue stream that always lives online.

EXAMPLE:

Yoga with Adrienne does an amazing job with this. She began on YouTube with 15-20 minute yoga videos. Building her audience with free content and then offered up more content, on her website for a small fee. She now has a huge collection of her longer yoga classes that you can buy and enjoy forever. This has provided her with a continuous revenue stream.
